Has anyone gotten their BMR using Healthetech's Body Gem or Med Gem? I have an appointment for Monday morning. Just wondering if anyone had it done and what they thought.

i havent had it done. but i used healthetech's balancelog with great success in tracking my food/cal/nutrient ratios.

Nessa, please post what you thought of it, cuz I'm thinking of getting it done.

It's actually higher that I anticipated. SO, I think I'm going to buy the software and use it to track my intake. Overall, it was pre

ooops...Let me try this again....Overall, it was pretty simple and will be well worth the time and money if it helps me fine tune my diet. Plus, I really love knowing my actual calorie needs rather than an estimation given via mathmatical formula.
