What's a good bodyfat % for a girl 5'9"?

I'm 5'9 also at 14%, and weigh 153 pds. But I sure as crap dont fit into a size 6-8. Wow Spatterson !! I am in the size 12 dept.

How much do you weigh Lifter??

Spatterson and I , according to my fat meausurer used, are both considered excellent for our size.

Could sumone please tell me how to determine body fat %. I am 5'10 and weigh 160, but i havent the slightest clue of my percentage.

Does anyone know what the BF% to NOT go below unless you want to stop...you know...that monthly deal? Just curious....I'm far from! I think it's somewhere around 10% or something?
