Body Fat???

Kinda sucks hearing everyone talk about body fat% and not now what it means.. heh, sorry for being ignorant but how can i find out what my body fat is? I'm 6.0' about 220

go to any decent gym and have them use calipers on you

yes go to the gym... they will pinch your skin/fat in three places usually and measure with callipers...

take a look at my photo below... I'm at 11.2% BF... a little lower and my abs would look better!
