Body fat question

OK i am getting worryed about my body fat now i am 24yrs 6ft and 202lb body fat is 23%. I am currently on a bulking cycle so i am adding a bit of cardio to my training just to stop my body fat getting any higher.

My question is how much would i weigh if i got my body fat down to 10% ? Is there a formula for this?

Thanks

M.A.S.S

There is no formula, that number will be different for everyone. But if you're 23%, why are you bulking?

Tanita scales i know they are not the most acurate but when i got the scales lasst year i was 16% so what ever my body fat is it is up 7% and i am beggining to feel a little porky.
Guess i need to keep an eye on my diet and start addressing the problem when i finish my cycle.

You just said your not big enough, you need fat to grow???

Please explain to me why you need 23% fat to grow muscle? Im not being an ass, but I really dont beleive in bulking.

I do belive in bulking and if you read the hole thread i do not want 23% bodyfat but i do not grow if i am walking around with low body fat ie<10% Hence the question dose anyone know what i would weigh if i got down to 10%bodyfat.
My plan is to get the size i am looking for then slowly diet down and matain my body fat at about 10%

I am 24 at the moment by the time i am 26 i will weight about 14st with about 10% body fat. I know what needs to be done.

Multiply your body weight by your BF%. That's the weight of the fat in your body. If you subtract 10 pounds of fat, divide this new number by your original bodyweight minus 10 pounds. In reality, its not so easy to just strip off the fat with no concomitant muscle loss, so you'll probably have to get your BF% checked again down the road.

Keep in mind that you will look bigger with a smaller BF%, so don't fall into the trap of just looking at the scale. Strength gains and the mirror are where I get my feedback.

I bought one of those scales

and they were totally wrong. I even went back to get another one but it was off as well. I first stepped on the scale and it said 24%, I completely freaked. I was really 14%. Don't use those scales.
