Body Fat Measurement

Oye, I bought a special and expensive scale that measures body fat and mineral density though the use of a Bioelectrical impedance analysis, Has anyone here used these before and can vouch for the accuracy?

They can be pretty close but they do tend to vary a bit, when I used one it said I was 13% although that was a few years ago.

doesnt work. calipers are ok but not as accurate as getting dunked in some water or gettin gin the BODPOD.
