Body Fat Management

hey New user to this site but long time fan
I need help trying to lower body fat while increasing size!
currently on testiviron noticed size gain but also body fat.
mt metabolism is slow i eat about 2500 cal per day to drop weight and 3200 to gain but even at 3200 alot of water retention and body fat increases, right now I am @ 18% bf any suggestions?

exactly what I was thinking...Plus doing cardio 4-5 minutes a week for 20-30 minutes will keep bodyfat from getting out of hand...
