Body Fat (loosing it...)

OK, so I got tested today and I'm at 17.9% bodyfat. I just started trying to cut up (still have 5 weeks left on a sust/Deca cycle, and have been on a low cal, high protien diet and doing cardio for 30min or so a day. How long can one expect it to take to get down to around 9-10%?

I'm currently taking NYC 6 tabs a day as well...

what if I were to throw some winny in the mix?

Im doing hucks cutting cycle right now. Only 2 days in. I have been dieting for a month and doing cardio for three weeks so i could hit it full blast, lost six pounds.:D
 
heavy diet, heavy cardio, fat burners will yiels 2-3% loss of bf per month sometimes bit mor eor less but good rule of thumb. so in your case 12-14 weeks

45 mins of cardio in the morning (as oppose to 30)may be a good idea. Remember that the last minutes of the cardio are more of a fat burn!
 
I hope you have a good anti-estrogen or you can pretty much forget about getting down to 9-10% bodyfat with that cycle.....why don't you just finish the cycle and then start cutting????
