Body fat estimate

One more thing I thought of. No, running on full speed on any treadmill is not the same as a sprint. Is not, so dont call it a sprint or sprinting.

Doing yardline back and forth calistenics where you run to t line, then back to hoop, touch ground, run to half court and touch line, then back to hoop, then full court. Not sprints, not the same thing. You are slowing down before you get down to touch line.

Sprinting is acceleration. You getting faster every second until you reach your predeterimined eyed out marker.

Learning to sprint is very beneficial. Doing sprint improving exercises is very key as well.

For instance, you sprint on the tip of your toes, not whole foot.

Arm placement is also important because of elbows, as you can get sore elbows and tentinitis from doing it wrong.

It takes alittle time to learn how to sprint, but it is well worth it.

Sprinting boosts T, jogging decreases T.

+It just feels that damn good, the endorphins released and huffing and puffing and breathing that is.

Sprinting can and will make your legs feel much more worked than deadlifts, in strong comparison to squats. Squats=More T

You would rather be fit with speed vs having slow twitch in your legs.

Sprinting for fat loss is the king of exercises, and dont let anyone who does cardio tell you otherwise. You probably dont see anyone at any gyms sprinting, and if you do, make friends with that person.

To me, I know I aint the fastest, thats not why I do it. Of course a 6 foot 3 skinny guy is gonna be faster than a 200lb guy. They have longer legs, longer leg muscles, and each of their sprinters steps is 1.5 or more times as far as mine.

Its more about working your hardest, being your fastest, being your strongest. Does cardio offer any of those? No. You dont work your hardest, or your fastest, or your strongest. Thats why you dont get the leg power. The pumps.

The only exception is jogging with sprints every 1-2 minutes. That is a mix. Can only be done outside or a inside track. Not on machine. Its tood damn hard to change the speeds on treadmills, and is not worth it. You'll work your hardest just to hold the button as it slowly goes up and down, and it is not instant. Treadmills are gym equipment traps from hell. Be free, run outside or inside track. Your legs want to be free, change of surroundings. Dont be another read the cosmo with your bored ass girlfriend, and with a limp one while we are on the subject. This is especially important as you age.

A lotta guys dont think, when they squeeze their viagra using butt into those biker shorts. Sure, I like biking on a nice day, wind breezing, beautiful sun. But you gotta give it up, and focus on whats important. Being 80 years old and doing things when you wanna do them, how you wanna do em.

That being said...........If your a guy, focus on the T. Do kegal exercises rather than balancing half drinkin beers off you gut. Speaking of kegal exercises. ANother one you will wanna start to maintain quality of life, stay of Viagra, and not piss and shit yourself when you are really old.

You can be the only guy your age keeping things up, and not pissing themselves.
