body fat calipers

I bought a digital body fat caliper set and started out at 19% and am now down to about 9-10% per the calipers. How accurate are these?

They can be relatively accurate, they are not extremely accurate. say 3 out out of a scale going from 1 to 5. They are also only as accurate as the person using them. At their best though... whether the actual number is your actual bf or not, they should be able to track your progress.. (like 1% better than a month ago, SHOULD be 1% better than a month ago, if you did it the same, correct way both times)
