I found one online that allows you to track your progress.
It asks for gender... if male it asks for height, wrist, and waist.
{Waist is right above your belly button right, about 1 inch}
Anyways what I wanted to know was this:
When trying to get this rough idea of my body fat %, when measuring my waist, do I flex my abs or not?
I haven't been working out my abs near as often as I should be, but i'm starting to now. Point in case is that my abs aren't perma hard, and therefore wheather they're flexed or not makes a big difference in my approx. body fat %.
Thanks Guys.
Ryan
