Ok, guys... here's a new recipe I came up with and tried today. Let me know what you all think.
Chocolate Egg Cakes
1) Take three large eggs, break them, and place in a bowl. Using a fork, stir well.
2) Add 1-4 to 1/2 cup milk, and stir.
3) Add 1 scoop of chocolate low-carb grow, stir.
4) Add 1-2 tsp of sugar or sugar substitute, and stir.
5) pour into frying pan like pancake(s)... the surface of the cake won't look heated even though the bottom is cooked, so make sure to keep an eye on it and flip regularly.
6) Serve with low carb maple syrup.
Makes 3 medium egg-cakes, or 1 large and one medium egg-cake.

I think it tastes pretty good, as long as you make sure to really mix in the protein powder. Also, it isn't "bready" like a pancake would be.. it has a sort of eggy, french toast kind of texture to it.

Here's another one: Salmon burgers a la SPBM.
Pre-heat oven to 375
In a small bowl, combine 1 can salmon (deboned), less than 1 egg (get rid of some of the white), salt & pepper to taste, 2 tsp sambal (Tai chili-garlic stuff).
Lightly spray an oven safe, non-stick pan w/ Pam or such.
Start burgers on stove to get them crispy on the outside, then chuck in the oven for about 10 min. Eat.

This is one of the few bodybuilding desserts that taste good and I reccomend all try for variety sake.
One question however, does cooking with grow efffect the quality in any way?

The protein stays there, but the absorption profile changes. Don't worry about it too much.
