just curious if anyone would give there input on a supplemt plan and what should i take. im 20years old 225 faily strong and lookin to get into even better shape.
 
How tall are you? how much weight are you lifting in bench/squat/dead lift? I'll be able to help you from there.
 
6' 225 in shape- bench about 225, squat 400, dead 450.

6 foot flat and weighing 225... so without any pics I'm guessing you're pretty bulky.
'Better' shape meaning?? More cut? More Strength?

I'm guessing you're looking for supplements to keep your strength and possibly add some, along with losing enough body fat to really get that jacked look?

How much Cardio do you do? What do you do for cardio? How many X a week?
Obviously if you're 20 years old with those stats you're doing something right.

I honestly don't know ANYONE that can deadlift 450 that's 20 years old, so if you are spittin the truth, then props.

Answer some more of those questions ^^
and also..
I need your diet, current supplements, and workout routine. And I can probably come up with something clever.
 
Not to sound critical, but a 20 year old squatting 400 and deadlifting 450 coming in here looking for a "supplemt plan" means, 99 times out of 100, that your technique blows balls. I'd read some literature just to be safe.
 
Damn 6’ 225? You’re a monster, Squating 400 and DL 450. I would say up your cardio and try to drop 10lbs, while still doing your insane heavy lifting. How is your diet? Hard to really tell by what you have told us. Spend a few minutes and tell us what you want to do and what you are doing now for a routine. Lots of people on here will help you as much as we can but need more info.
 
well. i lift 5x a week M-F. ive alway powerlifted my whole life( and for that guy that says i have no form! I burry my squats and i have great DL teq. don't you think id be hurt by now?) anyways M- is stricky shoulders. (if you want more indepht let me know) T-just back and dead lifting day W- chest. tri and cardio T-just biceps (short day(work)) F- powerday- legs mostly but squat and dead. S-Sun. i go sometimes but do like a whole body work out. main goal i guess is what everyone wants. more power and mass. i can always work on my stomach later never really had a problem with that. currently not supp, never really know what to take, and a diet. lots of protien LOTS. chicken...etc. eat alot too. (if anyone has a diet that actually has food put togather, like what to buy and stuff let me know) but that about wraps it up. hey thanks again
 
workout seems fine... As long as you hit everything once a week you should be cool.
As far as supplements... I'm not going to recommend anything, as I don't know exactly what you want. Read up on these boards bro... the steroid board, here, there.. you'll find what you want.

You just need to learn what supplements do what types of things. Then you can mix and match... and solve your puzzle.

I'll give you a few examples.

Fish Oil - Omega 3's EFA (essential fatty acids) <- a GREAT supplement to kick that metabolism up a notch... by intaking healthy fats!

Zinc - helps recovery and acne

Milk Thistle - helps protect liver

St Johns Wart- helps with depression

Valarian root, melatonin, 5htp - good sleep aids.

check out www.customcapsule.com for supplements... and use google or wikipedia to understand what they do.

also.... proteinfactory.com .. read reviews of what people thought. and google/wikipedia anything u dont know.

with that said... go do some homework =]
