Bod Pod!!

has anyone ever used this machine ???? and for those who dont know what a bodpod is its suppose to measure body composition like bodyfat to muscle ratio

I have never used it but I have heard it is very accurate. Some people in the exercise science program at my university say its great. Most accurate methods....in order

Underwater weighing
bod pod
calipers
bio electrical impedance

Talk to your local university's exercise science department, most will have one. Sorry I am from colorado and am not very familiar with connecticutt! Good luck!
