I though i might give this a go to motivate myself. im way to small and im motivated to keep working, but i wanna see the numbers go up for additional motivation. Im only 16 so take that into account and dont laugh...... yesterday was shoulder's back

5x5 205 Deadlift
2x10 pullups
2x10 180? machine rows

5x5 95 lbs seated military
2x10(each weight) front raises drop set (10,5,arms)
10,8 reps 35lb dumbell arnolds


today was bench and man was my back and shoulders sore from the day before
5x5 145 bench
10,8 reps 115lbs incline bench
2x10 105 lbs machine flys

ab work


nothing tomorrow but monday is bi's/tri's, if u haven't noticed im on a 5x5, looking to add some serious mass!
 
today was bi's and tri's

started out with..... 5x5 55 lb curls
10,8 45 lb preacher curls
10,8 20 lb db incline curls

5x5 125 lb close grip bench
2x10 60 lb french curl machine
80-0 lbs by fives crazy tricep pushdown drop set
 
Ahh don't sweat it, you lift as much as I do and I'm 18 ;). Umm you might wanna add leg work (ie squats) unless there is a specific reason not to. You'll grow so much at 16, just get that diet in check, the diet was a major inhibitor for me. Keep consistant.
 
today was leg day.....

5x5 195 lbs squats
10,8 120 lbs seated leg extensions
10,8 115 lbs leing leg curls
235x10 leg press 255 x6 leg press

.... i cant walk
 
made a mistake last week......... it was 85 lbs shoulder press....... i been busy this week but 2 days ago i did shoulders back again

5x5 90 lbs shoulder press
10,8,6 12,8, arms drop set arm raises

5x5 210 deadlift
10,8x95lbs rows
2x10 wieghted pull ups

going to the gym real soon to do chest
 
5x5 150 lbs flat bench ...... everything went up except last rep i needed small assistance with that

2x10 95 lb decline bench

2x10 105 machine flys
 
5x5 200 lbs squats
10,8 110 leg curls
10,8 155 leg extension
10x 275 lbs 6 x 295leg press close stance leg press (i guess thats what it is, it works the ass real well
 
skipped tracking a bit but heres where i am.......
215 squats
225 lb deadlifts
95lbs shoulders
155 lb bench
did 65 lb curls with 140 lb close grip.........

tomorrow 220 squats!
 
i been squatting a few months only.... weight goes up fast.... the 220 went up no problem and today i did deadlifts at 225 again.... kinda sick i cant train like i woudl like to.
