how many of you surf the boards while at work? What sort of measures should one take to insure that they don't get caught?

Become the network administrator and don't keep any logs on whhat your doing... works for me. Apart from that theres not much you can do if you go through a proxy ( basically a server that all internet traffic from your workplace is redirected through and usually logged) your basically screwed..

I don't get caught cause I'm the manager in charge of anyone that works on the network, and I have the God pass for the firewall.

It kinda sucks when your browsing and a coworker walks by and see's an avatar that says "I like cock" or some naked chick. Luckily most people here mind there own business.

It would be nice if this forum software (vBulletin?) had the option to disable pictures. I'm too lazy to disable/reenable pictures everytime I browse this forum.

Plain and simple... Go to your user settings and set it so you don't see avatars.

You should all be aware that if you work at a large corporation, or a company with a firewall or IDS, that any site you go to or any message (e-mail, a post, etc) you send can all be viewed plain as day by your network admins.

Also the anonymizer can help hide your IP and may or may not cover where you're looking, but it can't do anything about clear text e-mail and posts.

Get a program like PGP to encrypt your sensitive e-mails.
