Blowing through a vein

Hey bro's, I hit a surface vein tonight in my thigh. I knew it as soon as I started but went straight through anyway. When I got it it bled a bit and started to freak me out but I remained stoic. (Also hurt a bit) I aspirated and no blood, so in it went. This ever happen to anyone else? Just curious.

It happened to me once before, just pull it back out stop the blood from running out and re-stick slightly away from the area.....then you should be allright.

it happened to Grafix-GNC. He then decided he was gonna main line it instead of a IM injection.

I had the same thing happen to me tonight.

I shot my quad and about half way in I felt the needle hit nerve/vein... whichever. I just slight bend the needle on an angle to by pass it

Works like a charm.

It seems to happen to me a lot when I shoot in the quad, I usually just go right on through, there is a saying that I really like and kinda live by, "Pain is weakness leaving the body." So if it doesn't hurt like it feels like your going to have a heart atack, just go with it, as long as you asperate and your clear everything will be fine.

I hit a vein doing a calf injection and it left a big ass bruise.
Like 4" by 4"

Sucks. Ive also hit em in the bicep too. I usually go through but Im considering pulling out and using a new area.

Oh yes, actually I think every 5 or so injects I feel I've gone through a vein by the amount of blood I see. You just need to get used to that. Aspirate and don't move it in or out while injecting and that's the best you can do.

All true guys. Inof that I already have seen but never really have had to practice before, I usally inject pretty well but I was in a rush. It can bruise due to blood trapped between the skin and muscle. Anyway, I lived! (if anyone cares).

I think the biggest thing is to stay cool and aspirate and do not pass out or vomit (waste of mcuh needed calories).

damn you guys just blow through veins. i tend to have a friend toss the syringe into my cheek like a dart then i make a quarter turn and inject using the wall to shove the plunger down. ive prolly went through a few veins myself.

Wow, I just look for surface veins before I stick it. But if I did hit one, I'd probably just go through it.
