If I were to go to my doctor ( he knows I juice up )and he were to get a whole bunch of bloodwork done on me, would the results go to my insurance company? Or do they always stay with him?

So your just as baffled as I am when it comes to this question?

yes i am

if though i guess u can tell a doc anything and he cant tell your insurance i prefer to keep it too my self

also on your proviron Q take it AM and PM 25 mg each time

My doc is somewhat cool. I guess I should ask him if my results go to insurance. What do you think? BTW...about the proviron. What if I just take both tabs in the morning? Would it be less effective?

Generally you sign a HIPA release that allows the doc to submit the stuff to your insurance for billing purposes. A certain amount of 'wellness exams' are covered by your insurance, however, you could always go to one of those 24 hour clinics and just not submit the visit to your insurance. I would advise talking to your doctor...he'll probably be able to tell you whats best for you.

Would it make them suspicous if anything I wanted to get tested on me didn't sound right to them?

of course not - however, the insurance company might be skeptical of the reasons that prompted the necessity for the test (concurrent diagnosis, rx-regimen/treatemnt); talk to your doc and that should give an idea of what the insurers will be looking for/informed of to validate your request!

Your MD is bound by doctor/patient confidentiality and therefore it won't matter if you tell him. He won't tell the insurance company that you are "on" and most MD's wouldn't break the doctor/patient trust anyway.

:chomp:

He knows what I do. And he will test for whatever I ask him. I just don't want this going to my insurance and make them wonder why I'm getting these tests done.

Seriously I wouldnt worry about it, your ins company probably deals with 1000s of blood tests a day, they would have no reason to be suspicious of anything.

stingray is correct. HOWEVER if you signed a HIPA agreement (in nys it is required to be seen by the doctor) then the insurance company can request results of your tests.

think about it, this could potentially be a probelm with rising insurance rates.

If you sign a HIPA agreement just make sure that you choose the option to not let anyone review your medical records without your consent. For an insurance carrier to even want to review your records is extremely rare. All doctors do when they send in your claim to an insurance company is specify a number code which coincides with what procedure they preformed on you (blood work) along with a diagnosis which is also a code number.

Ok guys, heres the deal. And please judge from what I'm saying correctly. If you don't know...then don't answer. Or just say..."I don't know". A few years ago I abused gear with crazy dosages for extended period. I think like for 1.5 years straight. I was pretty much screwed up after I came off. My test. never really came back to normal range. And my IGF-1 was low. My primary doctor was the one that told me all of this. I basically went to him and told him what happend. I told him that I've been taking HCG/clomid and nothing really worked to return me back to normal. He was shocked that HCG/clomid didn't work. So he had bloodwork done on me right there and then. 1 week later I went back and Test., IGF-1 were low. Estrogen and Cortisol were just 1 point over normal. So he sent me to an endocronologist and he put me on GH. Somehow for some reason, this same doctor didn't want to put me on Test. He said that my levels were normal...not great...but normal. Fine! Whatever! I now got my GH. Now for test! I decided go to another Dr. and he was the one the prescribed me Androgel. Now I got GH from one Doc and Test from another. There are just tricks that I have to keep pulling off from time to time and I'm afriad Insurance company will catch up to my tricks. First off whenever GH doc wants an IGF-1 test, all I do for 1 week is not go the gym, eat high glycemic foods and don't take the GH. Then I go take blood. When gets the results, you can only imagine how low the numbers are. He asks me how I feel? I say like shit! And he just ups the dose each time! Which I really don't need because all I need is a quarter of what he is giving me. And this dosage will put me in the normal high range. So what do I do with the rest of the GH? STOCK UP for cycles. As for the Test Dr., everytime he wants a test done, I do the same thing. I don't apply the Test for a week. This makes test go back to low normal range. He asks me how I feel and all I do is tell him not good. He then keeps uping the dose. :-) I'm a bad ass huh?! But honestly, this androgel is getting to me. First of the fact that I have to apply the shit on. And it is hard for me to do that because I take frequent showers. Plus, I'm paying (through my insurance), $50 a month for 15mg's of test per day. Which comes out to 450mgs of Test per month. I think I just rather get like 2-3amps of test enthate through my own supplier for what?? How much does each amp cost nowadays? Between $10-$12?! So take it I'll pay like $30 a month for better test as opposed to $50 a month for shit gel test! OH! GET THIS SHIT!!! Just like 2 months ago, Insurance motherfuckers sent me a letter saying that they were going to cut off my GH!!! For what reason? WHO FUCKING KNOWS!!! I quickly had to call my Doctor and no lie...I had to fucking cry! I can cry easily because I used to do acting LOL ! But yeah bros! I cried and told him how can they do this to me after I commited suicide twice in the past because of my low IGF-1 levels ( this will cause MAJOR depression ) etc etc. He then go on the phone with my insurance company and gave them hell! That same day they put me back on the stuff! FUCKERS!!! What a relief heh? See guys, basically, I'm playing a game here with my insurance company to get Test and GH. So the reason why I asked this question was because my primary Doc knows what I do. I want to go to him and tell him what bloodwork I need done. So that way he takes the bloodwork and insurance pays for it. NOT ME!!! But!!!! If I do it through him, will insurance get suspicous? Will they ask themselves " why is Carth getting these tests done"? And why through primary doc and not the endo doc? I just don't want them to catch up to my game!
