Blood Work Test Results

Padishar

New member
I just recieved some blood work back that included my Estradiol, Estrone and Total Estrogen levels
Also included is my Basic Metabolic Panel
Test, Total, Free & Bioavailable, and SHBG
Which includes things like 'Sex Horemone Binding Globulin, Lipid Profile, LDL Colesteral, WBC, RBC, MCV, MCH, Lymphocyte %.....

The list goes on

I got this blood work done to see if I needed test therapy and/or hgh therapy
(yes it was rather $$ for all these tests)

I have learned a LOT compared to where I was prior to joining this site. You guys are awesome!

My question is
Is there anyone out there that is able and willing to diagnose my results and guide me in the right direction in putting together a cycle?

I don't see how the results of your blood tests would change what cycle you'd do unless you're suffering from major problems (such as high estrogen).

Probably true
Which Is not the case...Estrogen levels are within normal range for a male over the age of 18
So Im good there

I was just curious if anyone had any expereince looking at these kinds of results

Thanks!

My opinion (not that it counts as much) is that if your in normal ranges for everything then pick a cycle to fit your goals and ability to handle side effects, if your cholesterol is high stay away from AAS till you get it stable because your just hurting yourself in the big picture. same with albumin because it is a sign of kidney problems, go see an endocrinologist is the best advice, he wont give you AAS but can offer knowledge that most cant. you can tell him everything you take and not get into any trouble for law because its illegal for docs to disclose information (HIPPA act ) remember PCT is more important than AAS if you really want to keep your self in the right ranges!

I don't think it takes experience to see if your levels are normal, it takes experience to see the combinations of results and how one will have an effect on others!
Why don't you just post the numbers and let those that know chime in?

Thanks for the advice!
I got this blood work done after being on Tribulus Terrestris supplement for 5 weeks (Basic Golds Gym Brand) along with a basic Multi and ZMA supplement

I am 32 @ 207 lbs and 6'0"
BF% is a bit higher then I would like

Estrogen, Serum Fractionated (ESFA)
13.3 Unit: pg/mL

Estrogen by Tandem Mass Spectro
17.9 Unit: pg/mL

Estrogen, Total
31.2 Unit: pg/mL

The Average Range for these are
9-36
10-42
19-69
Respectivly

Test 1

Basic Metabolic Panel (BMP) Range
Sodium 141 mmol/L 137-146
Potassium 4.9 mmol/L 3.5-5.0
Chloride 102 mmol/L 98-109
CO2 28 mmol/L 19-30
Anion Gap (NA CL CO2
11 mmol/L 3-16
Glucose 77 mg/dL 65-99
BUN 18 mg/dL 6-21
Creatinine 1.17 mg/dL 0.71-1.18
GFR by MDRD EQ.
>60 mL/min/1.73 sq m >60
Calcium 9.3 mg/dL 8.4-10.2

Test 2

Testosterone, Total Serum
828 ng/dL 400-1080

Sex Hormone Binding Globulin
47 nmol/L 13-71

Testoserone, Free
137.2 pg/mL 50-210

Testosterone, % Free
1.7% 1.6-2.9

Testosterone, Bioavailable
390.8 ng/dL 130.5-681.7

Albumin
4.6 g/dL 3.3-4.8

Test 3

Lipid Profile (LIPID)

Cholesterol, Total
160 mg/dL 138-199

Triglycerides
119 mg/dL 50-149

HDL Cholesterol (Low)
32 mg/dL 40-63

VLDL Cholesterol
24 mg/dL 10-29

LDL Cholesterol (High)
104 mg/dL <100

So based on what I can tell there are a few points in RED that concern me
Low HDL and high LDL Cholesterol along with Available and Free Test. High Sodium and Potassium
My Sex Hormone Binding Globulin I would prefer to be higher. This might have to do with my problem sustaining a firm erection and having difficulties having sex more than 3 times a day
if you saw my gf you would understand why this is important! =)

So... any advice is GREATLY appreciated

Gear, you said that if my Albumin was high that I should stay away from aas all together
Well by these results they are boarding on the high side...probably not a good sign

Thanks again to all you Bros!!

Diet and cardio for now my friend along with your weight training, you do not want to jump on any cycle until your cholesterol is in check.. you said you had a lil extra b/f and your levels show that unless its genitics your diet is not "on" .. its really an easy fix bro cut down on sat. fats eat more whole grains oatmeal hell even cherio's bump up the cardio after weight training,, for your fats get some fish oil and or flax seed oil garlic supps ect..
I am in the same boat as you are brother, mine was high too because i wanted to try something out and ate a high fat diet for a while but in about 3 weeks i dropped my chol 7 pts ldl down hdl up so i am waiting still... your gear is not going to go bad, so wait a while and do it right..:D

Thanks for the great advice
High Chol does run in my family so I have been trying to curve that habit most of my adult life
I will give your recommendations a shot and hopefully get all the loose ends tied up

Thanks again!
