Need some advice got my blood work back and it seems to me my test levels are low, especially my Free Test.
Total Test: 471 range: 262 - 1593 ng/dl
Free Test: 1.19 Range: 0.95 - 4.30 ng/dl
I take an anti depr. and I think they all pretty much affect test levels. I have no sex drive whatsoever. My question is what can I take to improve these levels and get a sex drive back? I DO NOT want to take steroids, I prefer a natural approach. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
