I currently only take 1g/lb and I am without gear. I was wondering if those that take more have problems with their BUN? Mine keeps coming up as like 38-41, is this normal for someone only taking in 1g/lb? Can this lead to kidney damage?
I feel fine and drink crazy amounts of water and eat a well balanced diet, its just this isolated lab value which is driving my Dr. crazy. She said that my whey protein is bad for me and I need to stop supplimenting!!!! I am considering a cycle but this is the only thing holding me back as I would eat even more protein...
