Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below Going in for a physical tomorrow. Looking for as extensive blood testing as possible as I have no intention of going back to a doctor again any time soon. What tests should I ask for specifically? (I am already assuming that the doc is an idiot and will do as little as s/he has to).

Get a base line lipid profile done and also base line liver enzymes especially if you have done or plan on doing steroids or testosterone.
Also get hemoglobin and hematocrit checked.
If you have a low sex drive and are easily fatigued then get your testosterone checked.
If you are always tired, have dry hair, constipation, and are always cold then get your thyroid checked.
