blood test results?

just got the results back, was about 9-10 weeks out when i had the blood test my serum testosterone is low. 7.4 nmol/L is this very low or not my doc is shit she just gave me a print off and sent me on my way. is this a low enough level to wory about?

need a base line,, every blood test is different,, example 7.4 scale of 4 to 18,,, what is your free test level?
