Blood test results

I got blood work done this week. I did some small cycles (2) a year ago and wanted to make sure I was OK. Everything came back normal according to the doc. I don't have the results in hand yet but my serum testorone level is 354. This sounds kinda low to me, unfortunatly not low enough to constitute HRT. I don't know why but they didn't get my test/free test? What do you all think, is this low?

It's low as far as I'm concerned. As you've said, "unfortunately" it's not low enough to the medical establishment to justify HRT. How old are you? That's easilly fixed. lol

If you want to go on HRT -- and that is a big step mind you -- just do a cycle, wait a few weeks and then get retested by your doc. Obviously you can't use long acting esters towards the end or they'll show up on your test.

Use tren and you'll have rock bottom test numbers.

That's in fact what I did, not by design, however. lol

Well that's something to consider, thanks. I don't suppose their is anything out there that really raised test levels? Can anyone shed some light on Serum Testosterone levels?? Is the number 354 mean 354 units per decaliter of blood??

The normal range is 300 to 900. This may have been due to the cycle you did. Most people don't realize that it takes a very long time to completely recover; they would know this if they did bloodwork post cycle. Tribulus, ZMA, nettle, and cordyceps have all been shown to slightly elevate test on their own...they probably work better stacked together.

Same boat I was in.

Low...but not low enough to actually treat.

You can try ZMA and other stuff to raise your Testosterone, or you can work on lowering your Testosterone more and taking another blood-test. If you're already that low I wouldn't think it would be too hard to push you over the edge. PM if you want help.

Thanks biggerthanme,
I didn't realize it might take that long. I have also found a couple of med sites that state serum test levels should be 429-710, or that being the norm. If I can't get the levels up I may as well forget about worknig out, whats the point. I could do more squats and deadlifts, I read on here somewhere that elevates t levels. I have also read that supplimenting with zinc picolinate raises serum test levels in most men.

Anybody else?
