Blood test before and after cycle

Everyone says as a general rule, time on cycle = time off .

it's also recommended to have hormone levels checked before and after, to make sure you have fully recovered.

So say you did a 10 week cycle of test (+ a month of PCT) Then had a 15 week break, had your blood results done, and came back 95% from what they were pre cycle, then what would u do?? For example pre cycle, natty test was 17 nmol, and after the 15 week period it was 15-16 nmol, then would u run another cycle anyway (as you have taken the necessary time off) or do you have to keep waiting and waiting and checking blood levels until it reaches 17 nmol (baseline)again.

Please can someone explain.

Thanks

What'd you run? Depending on the compound you may have to take additional time off. Just because you took "the recommended time off" doesn't mean your body has fully recovered and is ready for a next cycle. Even when your levels are back to baseline it doesn't always mean you are ready, they could have just gotten there, and your body hasn't gotten used to its new levels.

Yea this is what I thought. Just wanted to make sure. It's just how people on here say make sure time on is time off, but how many actually recover properly in that short amount of time?! Makes me wonder how many people actually get blood tests done, I bet its not many. I guess alot of juicers 'guess' when they feel right again, which obviously isnt a good way about it

There's two things you must also consider.

1. Some AAS have side effects that take a while to reverse. ie collagen in connective tissues and tendons. This can lead to injury over time.
2. Receptor saturation. After a while, your body becomes adjusted to the exogenous chemical, like any other.

95% is recovered as far as I'm concerned.

You could not be on anything and get your blood drawn every second Tuesday of every month at 9:00am and T levels would probably never be exactly the same as last time.

I have never seen a full recovery!!! No such thing imo it will never be the same after putting rh in you body.

So the answer is yes. Id start if you healed 95% id like to see Id say your golden

yes if you are 95% back with your hormones and your lipids are normal then i would jump back on if this is what you want to do.

if you want to train natty for a while and buildup some more consistency and then jump back on when you are feeling good and peaking that is even better to save your juice for later on

So your saying ur natty test levels get slightly lower after each cycle ?! Ive heard this before but thought it was more of a 'myth' and only happened to some people ?!
