Im in my 3rd week of my cycle 1000mg test per week, 600mg EQ, 25 a-bombs ed. Im using Aifm 2 sprays 3 times a day. My BP for the past 2 days has been 140/145 over 90/95. This is pretty high for me. I also noticed my face is staying hot as a bitch and bright red, Im assuming this is due to my high BP. Any suggestions?

You need to lower your dose bro. start with droping those a bombs,they tend to cause high water retintion.drop the test down to 600mg, lower your eq to 500mg. just the a bombs alone should do it. if that doesn't work go to your doctor. be safe

drop your sodium intake and up yor water, drop the drol and get some more anti-e's your on 2G's of gear a week AIFM aint gonna cut it......

I have nolvi on hand. Should I start at 10mg ed for a while? I drink loads of water its feels like all I do is piss, but I can lower my sodium.

I have been on quite a few cycles without this bp prob. I usually use nolvadex with aifm but I thought would try without nolvi this time. Guess not.....

Repeat it 100 times so that you really get it.
Many test preps cause flushing of face.

In the short run, that BP is not that bad. Try to cut down on salt as much as possible. Drink a lot of water. That will flush salt out. Spread the water intake over the whole day. Don't drink TOO MUCH water just before or just after workout (may cause hyponatremia).

Even if you go to your doctor, with that BP, he would most likely ask you you to cut down on salt.

thats getting high. try a garlic supplement and see if that helps.

adding a water pill to my BP med made all of the difference in the world. i just finished DL'ing 15 minutes ago and my bp stands at 139/79. and i'm kinda fat and on juice.

Mine usually runs about 130/80. I know im on alot of juice and it maybe no big deal since it isnt over the top high but it still concerns me. Thanks for the input and any other suggestions

I have had pretty good luck with NOW Products blend of Magnesium and Potassium with Taurine, but only on low dose cycles. On higher dose cycles I dont even bother as my BP gets a little higher than yours is. Check out one of the off shore parms listed here at Elite and pick up a ace inhibitor like Elanapril. I used this during my last cycle and it kept my BP at 120/80 using it at 10mg a day. I drop it about half way through pct and my bp stays in check.
