Blood Pressure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey guys,

It's a long story but does anyone know how to bring down blood pressure immediately. Like within an hour. Do depressants like alcohol work to drop BP right away? I have a doctors appointment in a couple of hours and I have to have a normal BP rating or I won't get my "medication".

Thanks for the info bud. He didn't even check it though. Got my meds!!!!! I just finished a cycle and was worried that my BP would be up.
