Alright i am 24 have always had a normal blood pressure 115/55 or so on average. I have been on for 2 weeks and checked my Blood pressure and it was 155/80. How high is way too high. I am eating real good right now lots of protien and i am dieting can already see results in 2 weeks. Anyone have this problem???

Current cycle

EQ 500mgs per week for 14 weeks
Tren 50mgs ed for 8 weeks
Test Prop 100mg eod for 14 weeks

The top number is a little high but nothing at all to worry about my normal blood pressure is 130/80 i never did gear yet.

Yeah just worried cause it has gone up so much from the normal range i am usually at ya know.

Are you retaining a lot of water? I'd maybe add some A-dex at around 0.5mgs ed. That may help with water retention and help lower your BP. BP increase is common with AAS use, especially with increased water retention. But, the numbers don't look too bad. I'd keep an eye on them just to be safe.

lots of meat protein often means lots of sodium which, particularly combined with AAS, means higher BP

Good reply..... alot of people forget about high protein (atkins-meat based) diets and how they raise BP.

I mean yes it is a little high, but its not something to get to worried over...just keep it monitored and like some other bros said some Adex could be of some help. Recently I was sick and the combination of gear had my BP at 152/85 it has gone down a little but is still around were yours is I am just gonna keep an eye on it but not to worried, overall just keep an eye on yours and dont worry BP goes up and down all the time u just got to keep an eye on it. ;) ;) ;) ;)

just to be clear your original readings were actually borderline to actual hypotension.

one way to keep BP lower is to use an aromatase inhibitor like Aromasin or AIFM

Yeah i am 24 and have hypertension that is just not right lol. Got off of a test and Deca cycle during the winter and never had a problem with my BP. Thats why i am concerned. I am not retaining water like i did when i was on Test and Deca, i think my body is just stressing out i can only hope that in the next couple of weeks it doesnt get worse and falls.

HYPOtension- your "normal" reading is low blood pressure

Yeah but now i am hypertension or on the verge at least. 115/55 is not hypotension that is good as long as your systolic doesnt fall super low your fine 120 is normal. As for my dystolic its 55 which is good because when my heart is at rest it really is resting. Right now though my heart is working overtime lol.

those numbers are borderline, which is fine if you feel well and energetic (though its certainly on the edge of hypotension).

if you want to lower your current BP, increase your potassium intake, decrease your sodium and consider using an aromatase inhibitor to lower your oestrogen

I realize it's important to keep track of your BP, but youre fine bro..... So you BP rises a bit during a cycle, it's not for too long, and youre young.... Your arteries can handle it, just don't let it get out of hand.... It's more important to keep track of that bottom number, cause if it's high, then the arteries are under constant stress instead of stress during heart contraction.....
