Blood Pressure Questions??

my blood pressure was high and now its actually low.....it hasnt been high in about 3 months, but now for the first time in my life its low. i dont get it.

How about the "no salt" sodium free salt? my ex, a nurse, sez that not good for me either. it has potassium chloride, pot. bitartrate,adipic acid, silicon dioxide. mineral oil, and fumaric acid. my bp at wal mart last night , 119/76, i'm 53, 5'9 ' 174lbs. taking 4ius jin and 75 mcg t-4. anybody heard anything bad about "no salt"

Yes, it does work , of coarse along side a low fat, low sodium diet. My ex's BP went down in two months using Garlic pills, he went from 149/98 to 135/72, he really didn't watch his sodium intake, but I tried to get him to eat better. Its worth a try, just buy the odorless brand, you will be glad you did, and so will everyone else

Go see a doctor You could be anemic (low iron or blood count).

wonder if it's too much...
