blood pressure meds

Anyone using BP meds? I'm trying to get mine under control before I jump into the next cycle. I've been averaging 155/93 so now I'm on Lisino-something so I'll see how that works. Anyone have any luck bringing it down naturally?

Potassium and hawthorne berry helped mine.
GH does more than anything, for me.

If your BP under controlled during off cycle, I suggest to keep using the medication and add HCT, adjust the dose when on-cycle. I'm taking the HCT 12,5 - 25 mg/day on cycle because it works to reduce water in the blood as we know during cycle water retension is inevitable. You will lost electrolite with water, so drink a lot of sport drink with electrolyte in it or eat more fruits

Yea I'm on 10mg of Lisinopril. But my BP has always been on the high side since way before I ever cycled. I just went to the doc to get on something after my father passed from a heart attack. I don't know how much I would trust alternative medicine with this type of condition because of the consequences. If the doc has you on Lisinopril, it may be smart for you to stay on it.

I take Avapro for BP. Works great. Helps kidney function too. But $$$.
I run about 135/75 - 140/80 on cycle.
