I've been on blood pressure medication, specifically Prinivil.

Does BP medicine have an effect on your gains while on juice? I've heard different takes on this, so the BOTTOM LINE on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

lisinopril reduces water retention

while 'on' alot of your gains are water

due to this, i assume antihypertensives make you seem like you aren't growing as fast due to the fact that you aren't retaining as much water while 'on'.

I don't think it'd hinder your gains but it could have a ripple effect on the side effects.

If you're going to be using steroids that tend to make you retain water then arimidex will be a must. Water retention will lead to a higher bp.

Cholesterol can also affect bp so monitor that. I think winstrol is the main culprit that will raise cholesterol.

I doubt it. On Metscape, blood pressure medication is not listed as having any negative or positive drug interaction with AS.

Being on blood pressure meds may actually be an advantage as far as keeping bp in check while on. But, as mentioned previously, the gear may wipe out the benfits of the blood pressure meds. My advice would be to keep an eye on the BP and get your meds adjusted accordingly.

If you're alraedy on BP meds due to high blood pressure...a high androgen cycle will surely raise the risk...as stated Liquidex will aid in keeping it on track, I also add Niacin for the Cholestrol advantage(speculation)......Hindering gains....Doubtful, using Nolvedex will to a small degree as it, similar to Liquidex/Armidex curbs water retention, but will also supress IGF-1 prodution to a small degree.....
