Blood level fluctuations

What's a good target for peak-to-trough blood levels when on cycle?

For example, let's say you drop to 50 mg's of "free" gear in your system the day before you inject. Then you inject and it pops-up to 75. Then 65... then 55... then 50... Is a (75-50)/50 = 50% variation bad?

It just seems that even with long esters, you're going to get more fluctuation than you'd think at first. Heck, I played with the roid calculator and was about ready to shoot test eth EoD!

I think you guys put way to much importance on blood level stability. Unless you get a lot of sides from varying blood levels, then why even waste your time trying to deal with all that calculation (which you could probably never get exact anyways) and just worry about setting up your cycle correctly.

Also, Id like someone to post a study that's been done where it has been proven that stable blood levels produce better overall gains than varying levels when the total mg of substance used per wk is exactly the same.

Intuitively it just seems that more stable levels = steadier gains and fewer sides but you are right -- I haven't seen *anything* that proves it.

It's just depressing playing with that roid calculator. Even if you use something slowish (i.e. test eth) shooting that E3D still gives you pretty significant fluctuations.

I guess I could do something desperate like shoot test eth EoD, but that sounds kinda dumb, doesn't it?
