Blood in Semen

I woke up the other morning, felt as though I had blue balls. Took a shower and "rubbed one out". As I climaxed I closed my eyes for a second but as I opened them I saw something that almost made me pass out. When I climaxed it was mostly blood mixed with semen. It was really scary.

Since then I've noticed I've been urinating more frequently, and my testes feel a little tender. I am 4 weeks out of a Tren cycle. Was in the middel of taking Nolva and Tribulus. I've stopped taking both. I'm thinking my cycle might have caused an inflamation of my prostate causing a vessel to burst, that would be a best case scenario.

I was on a Cyp cycle a 1 year ago, upped my dose to 750mgs of test per week and my prostate was so inflammed I couldn't utinate. Lasted for a few days, lowerd my dosage and everything was cool.

I know it could be bacteria infection or a prostate infection. Being 30 years old I am getting close to that dreaded prostate exam and to be quite honest I really don't want to start it early. So I guess I will have to try and rub one out to see if it's still happening. But it's kind of hard to get aroused at the thought of what might come out again. I want to try and wait it out a week or 2 to see if it goes away.

Anuyone have experiences with this, or know something over the counter I can take for prostate wellness? I know saw palmetto is one, any other suggestions? Thanks

Im thinking infection...almost like a bladder infection those I know for women will make you pee blood.....but being a man Im not sure...Why don't you call the Dr..

You should see a physician. Hermatospermia (blood in your sperm) is caused by inflammation or infection of the urethra, prostate gland, or the seminal vesicles. Although cancer is what most men think of, this is usually not the cause. Often it's caused by infection, but in more than half the cases, the cause is unknown.

Given that you are urinating more frequently, and given your age, I would suggest seeing a physician to rule out a urinary tract infection or prostatitis. If it's prostatitis and it goes untreated, you may develop excruciating pain in your prostate.

This isn't intended to be used as medical advice.

You def need to get that checked.....

don't delay it... Go asap... Not to scare you but that can be serious.. Hopefully its just an infection as GymGurl mentioned... ;)

Thanks guys, I had a blood and urine analysis done on Thursday and have an Appt. with my physician on Wednesday. I tried duplicating the problem to see if the blood was still there and this time it was much more painful and it was mostly dried blood. I'm keeping my fingers crossed it's something that can be reversed with some medication.

Alright, walked in the doctor's office, they fit me in at lunch :) Nurse looks at my bloodwork and urine analysis and says "WOW." Doc walks in and say hmmmm. That is never a good sign. So I sit down and explain to him my symptoms. I didn't tell him I was on a cycle a month before for fear it would go in my Ins. History. I did however explain I was on Nolva for Gyno. :o

My urine analysis was fine, nothing out of the oridinary.

The doc asked if I was a vegetarian, my cholesterol was non-existant. Liver values were fine, but the only thing that stood out was my platelet level which was very low. He said this was probably due to an infection or sickness. Oddly enough there was nothing that suggested I had any prostate problems. Doc said he will go ahead and prescribe me Bacterin just in case I do have a bacteria infection of some sort.

I still have the pain in my testes though. My mom suggested that I just go to a uriologist and have him check. I am going to take this medicine for a month as prescribed and pray this goes away. Thanks for the good wishes guys.

Its def an infection of some kind.... But It'll clear don't worry about it... I'm glad you went and did tests!!

Pain should go away soon... Glad its nothing serious! YEAH!!

The pain makes me think infection. Did he also check for gonorrhea and chlamydia? This is the number 1 cause of epididymitis and prostatitis in young males.

Hmmm. good question. I'm not sure if he checked for that. I've been with the same woman for 6 years, and I def. know she hasn't been sleeping around. I'd think if I had an STD I probably would have known by now. The doc mentioned something about working out with a full bladder, and the urine going back the wrong way and into my Prostate. The bacteria then probably caused my prostate to swell.

Now I woke up this morning with a nast bladder infection, which is actually worse then the Prostate infection. :worried:
