Slowly worked my way up to 8 iu pre workout (humulin r). I took a blood glucose monitor test after workout and right before I sat down to my meal of meat, potatoes, and veggies. The result was 90.
Am I right on?
Obviously, to increase my slin iu from 8 to 10, I need to up my carbs a little more, but is 90 a good result?
