Blood from my nose!

This morning I woke up and seen my nose was bleeding a little bit.
I don't know if it's a problem of high blood pressure or just because I'm cold.
I'm on 80mcg clen and 6mg zaditen.
What do you think it was happen?

If I got nose bleeding I wouldn't be afraid off it. If it happens again and frequent just ask a doc!
