Hello, my name is Blondbomber, and I am a fat ass. Being fat is ruining my life and affecting the relationships that I could be having with the various sluts that go to SDSU. I have decided to say no to fat, and yes to vascularity, and god forbid, maybe even a six-pack.
Seriously, I have decided to lose weight once again, gone through this at least 3 major times in my life. Last cycle I went from 245, don't know the BF%, but I had a big ass gut, to 215 at my lowest. 225 this morning, and looking to go to 205. Also, I was using ephdra then and smoking, plus I was working at a warehouse. I now am work free, but I have bought a treadmill that I should be getting this week to do cardio in the AM. I have not been eating that cleanly lately, getting enough protein of course, so I am trying and easing into dieting, I do not do well with abrupt changes. Here is day one, I will break-down what I eat once I hit a week of clean eating:

Meal 1: 2 yolks mixed with 8 whites, 5 pieces turkey bacon, 1/2 c dry steel-cut oats
Meal 2: 1/2 c dry steel-cut oats, 1 scp protein powder
Meal 3: 6 pieces tuna sushi
Meal 4: 5 pieces steak roast, salad w/carb-free dressing
Meal 5: 1 can tuna mixed w/light mayo

I go to school 5 days a week, and train at school which is about 45 minutes to an hour from my house. I try to eat at least 5 times a day, up to 7. :bigbuck:

Meal 2: Panda Express rice bowl w/Mandarin chicken
Meal 3: Met-RX protein bar
Meal 4: small pouch beef jerky, Sobe sugar free energy drink
Trained.
Meal 5: 8 oz. Gatorade, 1 scp. protein mixed w/water, salad w.low-carb dressing
Meal 6: 1 chicken breast, ~1/2 c cooked black beans, veggies
Meal 7: 1 can tuna mixed w/light mayo
Plus at least 2 gallons of water. :bigbuck:

Meal 3: 1 stick beef jerky, 1 sugar-free energy drink
Meal 4: 1 chicken breast, greens
Trained
Meal 5: 8 oz. Gatorade, protein shake
Meal 6: Rice King rice bowl w/chicken breast
Meal 7: 1 can tuna mixed w/light mayo

Could you elaborate? My choices are two Mexican places, a sub place, MacDonalds, a cafe and Panda Express for lunch. I thought I was making the best choice. Chicken w/ not sauce and rice, I know it should be brown, but I can't order that. What do you think I should do differently? :bigbuck:

Meal 3: Met-RX protein bar, venti coffee w/sugar-free vanilla shot
Meal 4: 1 can sardines
Meal 5: chicken breast, 4 small potatoes, small salad w/carb-free dressing
Meal 6: 1 can tuna w/light mayo

Gonna start eating sushi everyday for lunch. Maybe sometimes twice a day. No mas Panda Express. :bigbuck:
 
do you know exactly what the nutritional information is for the sushi? i know of a few rolls that could give you a heartattack. i'd suggest you break everything down into macronutrient values. this way, you can see exactly what you're eating. "sushi", for example, could be anywhere from a few hundred calories to a couple thousand.

it's a bitch, but counting calories is a good idea.
