Hello, my name is Blondbomber, and I am a fat ass. Being fat is ruining my life and affecting the relationships that I could be having with the various sluts that go to SDSU. I have decided to say no to fat, and yes to vascularity, and god forbid, maybe even a six-pack.
Seriously, I have decided to lose weight once again, gone through this at least 3 major times in my life. Last cycle I went from 245, don't know the BF%, but I had a big ass gut, to 215 at my lowest. 225 this morning, and looking to go to 205. Also, I was using ephdra then and smoking, plus I was working at a warehouse. I now am work free, but I have bought a treadmill that I should be getting this week to do cardio in the AM. I have not been eating that cleanly lately, getting enough protein of course, so I am trying and easing into dieting, I do not do well with abrupt changes. Here is day one, I will break-down what I eat once I hit a week of clean eating:
Meal 1: 2 yolks mixed with 8 whites, 5 pieces turkey bacon, 1/2 c dry steel-cut oats
Meal 2: 1/2 c dry steel-cut oats, 1 scp protein powder
Meal 3: 6 pieces tuna sushi
Meal 4: 5 pieces steak roast, salad w/carb-free dressing
Meal 5: 1 can tuna mixed w/light mayo
I go to school 5 days a week, and train at school which is about 45 minutes to an hour from my house. I try to eat at least 5 times a day, up to 7.
