Bloating

I've been bloated for a few days, now.

And I don't think its because of my menses.

I think it may be because i'm getting more water. Anyhow, what do you ladies do to relieve bloat??
 
I modify my diet.

Bloating is mostly related to food that your body can't digest all that well (high fibre, dairy, sorbitol etc.).

Bacteria act on it and produce extra gas.
 
ahhh i feel ya hon. i'm on period now and i feel like a balloon! you could take a water pill but i don't recommend it, they will just deplete your muscles of water and if your working out, it'll make you super sore. it might be temp. so wait it out and see what happens, tweak your diet a bit to see if its something in there.
