Bloated with Chronic Low Back Pain ?

I have been off sauce for 5 years
Im 35
5'9
weigh 235
BF 13.5%BF
I have only been on for 2 weeks taking 400mgs a week of cyp. I have already gained about 10-12lbs. This happens every time I juice/ take test I get rapid weight gains and my low back just aches. I don't know if its the weight gain or water retention in my low back. Any advice on how to combat this ?

it may be obvious, but your statement makes it obvious that you are not using one.

there is no evidence that using an AI lowers gains, other than of water and fat. though it is a fair arguement that more fat and water allows for greater load tolerance which can affect gains to an extent.

Man, I get the same thing and it doesn't matter whether you are on pro, cyp enanthate, whatever. I've wondered what this is too. It's like your back gets this painful pump in it as do my shins when I walk to and from class. I get thte pain in my back during back and leg day. It is not like a vertebrate pain, it is more like a muscle pump pain right in your lower back and it sucks, but I've learned to live with it. Some days are better than others.
 
Exactly today I had to stretch my low back in between each set during my squat session but it got so bad I had to stop my workout.
All ask again will winni or tren help cut down on the bloat ?

I really don't think so because neither made any difference when I was on. Try Strengthening your abs more. This has helped me. I always ignored them because I've alsways had them to some degree and didn't feel the need to work them. I've slacked lately and the pain is coming back again.
 
Massage once a week will help and aid in recovery which can improve growth. My back was killing me last sust cycle. I started to get a massage and also saw a chiro. Remember we put alot of stress on our backs specially when lifting.

DEFINITELY DON'T JUMP ON THE TREN. THAT STUFF MAKES YOUR LOWER BACK SUPER PUMPED, SO MUCH IT THROBS WHEN I'M JUST WASHING A FEW DISHES!!!!
 
As far as your back problems go, I'd love to see your form on execrcises like squats/rows. 4 out of 5 guys absolutely butcher their form on these exercises opening themselves up to a potential for serious lower back problems.

As far as my form COULD NOT BE BETTER. I have a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science and have been training on and off for 19 years so I know what I'm doing. And knock on wood have never had a serious injury and I go pretty heavy ( atleast to me )on a good day I squat, 450lbs for 6 reps DEEP and Bench 315 for 10 reps with perfect form.
