begining my 4th week of a sust cycle 500 mgs a week. and i am starting to get a little bloat under my chin. and also my nips are a little ichy a times not much though. i have some liquidex. do you think if i started using the liquidex at .5 mgs a day for the rest of my cycle it would take care of the bloat and prevent me from getting gyno? my cycle is 13 weeks

100% bro...liquidex @.5ED kept me dry as a bone for my dbol/sust cycle.

but if you already have puffy itchy nips, might want to also run some nolva for a bit.

Definately start using the liquidex and I would add 20mg/day Nolva until the itchiness/puffyness disappears

no, if they are not itchy or puffy hang on to the nolva and take the adex, just make sure to have enough nolva on hand just in case..
