bleeding...HELP!

Hey guys I was talking with a friend who said he was taking dbol and was on day 3, he then started having massive nose bleeds and had to stop.....obviously this was from high blood pressure.

This is making me a little paranoid cause Im about to start an eq/sust/dbol cycle, this is my first time taking dbol and was really excited but now the blood pressure facture from dbol has me worried.

2 questions here:

1. Have any of you had bad reactions from useing dbol?

2. What things can you do to help avoid bp?

This is a very individual thing, just because it happened to him doesn't mean it'll happen to you. Certainly your bp precycle would be a big factor. Besides, nosebleeds aren't always due to high bp.

To help keep the BP a little lower, eliminate salt from your diet...also stay away from caffeine and ephedrine.

coffee raises bp? shit man....I love my coffee, what about panic attacks does anyone know if axiety attacks raise bp? I get them all the time....

Yes, caffeine can cause anxiety or panic attacks. I think that is common to all stimulants.
