and ya, my AVI picture was taken like a week ago. Honestly I have NO IDEA what bf% I am. I do know I can see a 6 pack and seperation in my legs. But I really dont care. Im actually trying to put on some fat right now. I stay pretty lean year round and I think its making it hard for me to gain as much as possible. Im tryin to gain mass and I just dont f-in eat enough. So im cramming myself with pizza, cheeseburgers and candy. lol Its not working. Im sticking around 213. I know I just need to up my total caloric intake, but my appetite is shit, so I try to eat shit to get more cals. lol not working. Maybe I need to eat even MORE shit food. lol
I don't recommend eating shit more often; trust me I got so fat doing that. Add olive oil and peanut butter to half your meals and make a weight gainer to drink after your PWO shake. Mine is 2 cups lactaid whole milk, 1 cup berries, one banana, 3/4 cup oats, tablespoon PB 2 scoops of whey (feel free to tweak that anyway you please)
