blackberry users.. how do you fully delete call/msg logs

I've delete all of my call logs and messages and then my gf goes into my phone and looks up like a years worth of history.

well i decided to set up my company email on my phone so that they pay for it aswell and some kids around our place like to mess around with other peoples blackberrys and laptops. I have some stuff in there i would rather they not see
