Blackberry 8700c with Cingular...question about media/data plan.

Anybody have any experience with Cingular's media/data service? Im probably going to trade in my slvr and iPaq and just get this thing that does it all.

we just got one at work but I haven't gotten my hands on it yet. can't recall if it was cingular or verizon. I have to configure it for different users.
