A friend of mine just got gyno surgery and he is getting ready to hop back on the gear. Does anyone know what dose of clomid and nolvadex must be taken to avoid these side affect sufficiently. I have heard that the dosages should be increased if your taking high doses of test or anadrol. I am getting a little worried myself...thanks any info on these would be appreciated.

I usually use proviron throughout my cycle to keep the gyno away. 25-50mg's a day works wonders. But if you cant get your hands on any, stick with nolva at 20mg's a day. I often wait until I feel the onset of gyno to start using it. In your friends case I would probably use it all the way through. Wouldnt want to have another surgery.
