hey guy , pinned my glute today as per normal but got a cramp whilst doing so which resulted in me letting go of the needle for a second and it moved around a bit whilst inside , continued on but it got a bit sore after an hour or so do you think its just because of the movement ? it normally isnt sore till the day after lol
