mm steak sandwiches are good, you just have to microwave the steak for about 2 minutes or itll be hard as a rock (I cook all mine at once then put them into the refridgerator to eat during the week)

I had some wild boar one night a couple of weeks ago...seemed pretty lean and it was so tender, I cut it with my fork. What spices do you add to the bison patties?

I don't add any spices --- just a few slices of Kraft fat-free cheese singles and some salsa or ketchup. Sometimes I add a slice of tomato.

You could try adding pepper. I tried a pepper burger at a McDonalds in Taiwan once and it was really good.

I just checked at the store and the bison patties I buy are made by "Minnesota Premium Bison". They seem to have the leanest patties. The other brands don't seem to be as lean --- it is visibly noticable.

Great tasting lean beef! Better then chicken. Just don't get the Buffalo chips.
