You have two heads you can inject in to when spot injecting the biceps.

Medial (Inner) and Lateral (outer).

To find the ideal spot, flex your bicep and look for the peak.

Relax you arm and watch where the (peak) muscle goes when you relax.

I normally go a little off of center, depending if I want to hit the inner or outer head.

Karma is always welcome.

I mark the peak with a fingernail, so when i relax I see where it is, then move a little in from there!

I just did my first bicep inj yesterday. I woke up today and my left bicep is fucking huge!!!! It don't feel pain. Just sore is all but that's probably from doing arms the day before Anyone here drink their winny? What do you prefer and what do you use to mix it in if you drink?
