If you were taking and Antagonist and an Aromatase Inhibitor, what would be the benefit of taking a biosynthesis Inhibitor? Is there a need to take it?

for estrogen control, if one takes an Antagonist (Nolva) and an AI, is there a need to take a third drug (biosynth. inhib.) to further control estrogen during a cycle.

i was just reading Author L's book building the perfect beast he talks about biosynthesis inhibitors after talking about Antagonists and AI's so i just was wondering if biosynth. inhib were even worth looking into....guess not
