Bin Laden Tape Seems Fake

It may be real, however, it's quite muffled/distorted with respects to the audio. I know it's from overseas, etc, but they must have some better form of recording devices. The translator used to decipher the so called tape/message is also brutal, there has to be a better qualified translator. Anywho, I think it is government propaganda (nothing new I know). peace

Do you have any proof of this? I'm not trying to discredit you, in fact it would be very fitting if it was just an old tape.

someone at al-jazeera leaked the fact that they had the tape. they probably didnt want to play it on the air, because they knew it would just give more fodder for our pending attack on iraq.

there could be countless reasons for it, but i doubt it's colin powell or bush sitting behind their computer with wav editing software.

I thought the fucker was dead, but I think a 16 minute tape would be hard to fake perfectly. I would also think the US would do better than having Osama mention Saddam only once (& that was only to say that he didn't care whether his government survived or not)

It was a short period of time between Powell saying the tape existed, Al Jazeera saying they didn't know anything about it & then AJ suddenly saying they'd be playing it in an hour. I think AJ got scooped by Powell & f'd up their planned air date.
