Just want to say hi considering its my first post on these forums! Getting to the point does anyone remember or has heard of a former hot prospect called Billy Payne from the uk who was around during the late 80's early 90's?. I was in the gym I train at when the owner pulled out a tatty old magazine from the 90's with a picture of him in and he looked amazing. Just wanted to know if there was a site with more pictures of him or articles etc.
