Anybody used it? What were your results? I'm trying to get my friend to stay with a diet routine. She does great, then falls off and then goes back on, then off. Sea-saw. I think if she can find something half-way easy to follow, then she'll be able to stay on it and lose the weight she wants.
 
I think it's great for beginners. They can use it to learn the basics of lifting and diet. However, neither it nor any other program will work for your friend if she doesn't keep at it. That part is totally up to her.

I agree. That's why I figured it would be easier to follow if you allow carbs in there. I think the biggest downfall has been her cutting back carbs too much.
